Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Make critical decisions under uncertainty, balancing risk and opportunity.
• Execute project tasks personally when needed, such as drafting plans, conducting analyses, or preparing deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross‑functional teams to align expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics, reporting status to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues proactively.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills.
• Strong decision‑making ability in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Hands‑on experience executing project tasks alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant discipline.
• Industry‑specific experience (e.g., technology, manufacturing, healthcare).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Certifications in Change Management or Lean Six Sigma.
