Job Purpose
We are looking for a results‑driven Project Manager to lead strategic projects from inception to delivery, while also hands‑on executing key tasks to ensure project success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Make critical decisions under uncertainty, balancing risk and opportunity.
Execute project tasks personally when needed, such as drafting plans, conducting analyses, or preparing deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross‑functional teams to align expectations.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics, reporting status to senior leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues proactively.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills.
Strong decision‑making ability in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
Hands‑on experience executing project tasks alongside leadership responsibilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant discipline.
Industry‑specific experience (e.g., technology, manufacturing, healthcare).
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
Certifications in Change Management or Lean Six Sigma.
