Driver

Job Purpose

• Transport goods, passengers, or equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicle(s) for deliveries/pick‑ups.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records.
• Follow scheduled routes and adjust as needed for traffic or weather conditions.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly and handle loading/unloading assistance.
• Communicate with dispatch and report any incidents promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for vehicle class.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle checks.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar driving role (not required).
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation tools.
• Customer service experience.
