Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
Coordinate staff and internal resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Participate in tender processes, including design, submission, and review.
Design risk mitigation plans.
Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
Manage large and diverse teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and leadership (minimum of 5 years).
Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (PMP or equivalent certification is preferred).
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities; can handle complex situations effectively.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with project management software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
High degree of adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
