Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Track project performance metrics and report status to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager overseeing full‑session initiatives.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution and maintaining team morale.
• Excellent delegation and oversight skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in agile or hybrid project environments.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree or relevant advanced training.
