Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership for full‑session projects, focusing on coaching and developing junior staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining high team morale through effective conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Delegate work to team members while monitoring progress and quality.
Coach and develop junior staff, providing feedback and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager overseeing full‑session initiatives.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution and maintaining team morale.
