Job Purpose: The Road Warrior is responsible for representing the company in various locations, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales or service delivery through extensive travel. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel frequently to assigned territories or client locations to promote company products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, or training sessions as required.
Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adhere to company travel policies and manage travel expenses efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a field-based or traveling sales/service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Proficiency with mobile technology and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the company’s industry or with similar products/services.
