The Construction Worker will engage in a variety of manual labor tasks at construction sites to support the successful and timely completion of building projects. This role contributes to the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of structural components under the guidance of supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
Perform physical labor tasks including digging, loading, carrying, and cleaning construction sites.

Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians by preparing materials and securing the worksite.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

Prior experience as a construction laborer or relevant manual labor experience.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.

Valid work eligibility and compliance with local labor laws.
Certification in construction safety or OSHA training.
